RenWeb provides telephone and e-mail support to all current subscribers at no additional charge. There is no per-incident fee and no support contract to purchase separately.

Online Help

Subscribers can access the RenWeb Help Center after logging in to the administrative portal. The Help Center includes step-by-step guides for every module, a searchable knowledge base, and answers to frequently asked questions.

Training

New-school training is included with every subscription and is conducted via telephone and screen sharing, typically over two or three sessions of two hours each. On-site training at your school is available for an additional fee; contact sales for current pricing.

System Requirements

RenWeb requires only a Web browser and an Internet connection. It has been tested with Internet Explorer 5.5 and later, Netscape 6 and later, and Apple Safari. No plug-ins, Java, or ActiveX controls are required.
