Product Overview
RenWeb is a fully integrated system. Every module shares a common
student record, so information entered once is available everywhere.
The modules listed below are included in the standard annual
subscription; there are no per-module add-on fees.
Student Information
Store complete demographic and family records for every student:
addresses, phone numbers, emergency contacts, custody notes, photo,
and user-defined fields your school can name and configure.
Enrollment history tracks every school year a student has
attended.
Attendance
Teachers take daily or period-by-period attendance from any Web
browser. The office sees absences in real time and can post
attendance notes visible to parents through the Parent Web portal.
Cumulative absence reports can be generated at any time.
Teacher Grade Book
Each teacher maintains a Web-based grade book with user-defined
assignment categories, weighting, and drop-lowest-score rules.
Grades calculate automatically. Teachers can post assignment
comments visible only to parents or only to administrators.
Report Cards & Transcripts
RenWeb generates report cards on demand using your school’s
grading scale and comment banks. Cumulative GPA, class rank, and
official transcripts are produced from the same grade data with no
re-entry.
Scheduling
Build a master schedule of courses and sections, enroll students,
and assign teachers. Schedule conflicts are flagged automatically.
Class rosters feed attendance and grade books the moment enrollment
is saved.
Parent Web
Parents log in with a secure password to view their child’s
current grades, missing assignments, attendance record, and lunch
balance — the same data teachers and administrators see, updated
in real time. No more waiting for mid-term progress reports.
Health Records
Record immunization histories, allergy alerts, medication
schedules, and nurse visit logs for every student. Emergency medical
information is accessible instantly from any office computer.
Discipline
Log discipline incidents with date, infraction type, action taken,
and administrator notes. Incident history is attached to the student
record and available in summary reports for any date range.
